In April 1996, HEMPEL Paints (Saudi Arabia) W.L.L. was certificated by SGS (SGS Yarsley, International Certification Services Ltd., UK) according to ISO 9001. This certifies that HEMPEL's procedures for designing and developing paints and coatings, production, quality control, delivery, service, sales, and on-site attendance are implemented as described and documented in the ISO 9001 manual.
The standards HEMPEL have set are in line with the company's business philosophy of quality and service in all aspects of its dealings with customers.
